About Me
My career began in ground-up multifamily real estate straight out of college, learning development, capital, and execution from inside the deal rather than from the sidelines. After two years, I moved into technology, working alongside Fortune 500 companies and venture-backed firms supported by Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, and Amazon's venture arm. I later spent three years in boutique roll-up M&A, where I sharpened my understanding of deal structure, capital strategy, and how businesses are actually built into something worth selling.
My philosophy is simple, and often overlooked: relationships are the foundation of lasting success. My grandmother taught me early in life that when good people build strong relationships with one another, opportunity and capital tend to follow on their own. That lesson is older than my career, and it still shapes how I do business.
At Ferrari Capital Advisory, I work with developers, family offices, builders, and sponsors on projects ranging from luxury spec homes to high-rise developments. My role is to act as the quarterback of the capital stack — helping clients identify the right debt, the right equity, the right partners, and the right narrative to move a project forward with clarity, confidence, and execution.
